hi doc when my daughter was 1 year her ear got peireced then after some months keloid has formed when consulted with skin doctor.he told it should be operated but there is chance of coming back again.so any suggestions for this treatment.or any ayurvedic treatment to reduce the keloid scar without operation. I tried homeapathy also but my parents told that she is talking repeatedly so may be side effect so stopped homeopathy.plz suggest

A. no need to give any internal medications for keloids also so I don't think you should go for an operative at this stage you can wait for sometime and use skin products which can be applied externally to help the keloid to get reduced.
