hi.doc. my son is 3.2yrs. he is getting some white Round patches in leg and body backside also. I'm sending the pic just have a look.

A. Red colour rash over the skin could be most of the times some allergic reaction where itching is also present . If there is any fever associated with generalised rash it could be viral exanthamatous fever . If swelling or pain is there ahflong with rash if may be some infection or trauma so it needs to be evaluated . Local application of anti itch lotion or soothing agents like calamine or atarax anti itch lotion will help initially.
