hi doc...my kids feel tired all day despite eating food...they two meals of fruits n three rotis with sabzi dal rice jaggery ..kindly let me knw what to do

A. hello. to improve stamina, Try to give good energy dense food. add more protein in his diet n give healthy drinks, giving him some fruits , bananas , porridges, kheer dry fruits powder dissolved in milk one spoon everyday
