Hi doc.. My daughter is 7 yrs 6 months old.. Her height is not increasing only.. her height is 116cms n she is the shortest girl in her class.. she eats well but don't knw y she's not growing like other girls in her class.. plz help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom height to a very large extent depends on ones family genes, as well.
also involve her some form of physcial activity , so streching , handing, swinging etc would help, good quality protein such as eggs, fish if preffered, panner, tofu, dry fruits and nuts and seeds , legumes such as chana, rajma etc
