Hi doc ,My daughter is 2 years 2 months.. she is 10.4 kg her birthday weight was 2.8 kgs.. I am lil worried about her weight..And from 7 days she is having dry cough and lil bit of whizzing. what can be done ..please suggest

weight is good enough
so please don't take stress for this
for dry cough,
please maintain good hydration throughout the day
give luke warm water to drink
give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day
