Hi doc. my daughter had her 10th week vaccination today and she is having 102.3 fever. I gave her p 120. Is tis temperature ok or should we need to do something else sir.

A. along with paracetamol you can also do body sponge which will help in decreasing the body temperature and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day according to the weight of the child
