A. Excess body hair in a 3-year, 7-month-old girl is usually due to genetics, hormones, or ethnicity. In most cases, it is completely normal and tends to become finer as she grows. At this age, her skin is delicate, so it's best not to use any hair removal methods like waxing, shaving, or creams, as they can irritate her skin. If the hair growth is thick, rapidly increasing, or accompanied by other signs like early puberty (breast development or body odor), it might be a good idea to consult a pediatrician to rule out any hormonal imbalances. Otherwise, gentle home remedies like applying a mixture of besan (gram flour), milk, and turmeric during bath time can help naturally reduce hair over time, but this should be done carefully to avoid skin irritation.
