SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, have a healthy diet food. Take five meals in a day. Do not keep yourself hunger. Whenever you feel hungry try to take any Juice or any fruit or buttermilk. Since it is summer try to keep yourself hydrated. You can take coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes. Also keep yourself moisturised. Once your baby complete six month you can start with semisolid food like purée, porridge. Have a healthy diet food like fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate rest.Write Your Answer Here
