hi doc my baby will be 10months old in 8th of july but he didnt start to say any word like mamma papa he says aaaaa oooooo he smiles laughs not even he has strtd taking first step even he dnt want to clap hi bye what shaould i do??

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon the child is way too small at the moment you have to be patient and wait for at least a couple of more months before you can expect your child to be able to use any words as of now it will be sufficient to the child is taking out any noise
