hi doc my baby is almost 4 n half month old now and since one month i breastfeed her . i have been facing alot of hairfall. whenever i detangle my hair i got a handfull of hair. i have been worried if i get bald with this hairfall . please help and suggest best thing or medicine for me.

it happens because of hormonal changes.
please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
stay stress free.
