A. it is very important to see if there is any disturbing factor which might be present in hampering the slip of the child. kindly make the child comfortable with a good diet in the evening and also indulge the child in physical activity during the evening time

A. Hi parent
She should take about 12 to 15 hours of sleep in total
If she is not taking it please consult your pediatrician
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Offer her BM as and when she demands
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
giveher more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
