Hi Doc my baby is 8 month old now , my milk supply has drastically dropped. I am having lactare tab 2 times a day but no luck. please help. pls pls doctors only reply

A. hello along with lactare tablet or galact granules you can try to take green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can actually help to increase the milk secretion and also you can even be including khus khus which also can help
