Q.

I am a twins' mother and my babies are 6 months old. Because of my busy schedule I could not breastfeed my babies frequently due to which my milk supply has dropped down drastically. Is there any chance that I can rebuild my milk supply now and if yes then how can I do that?

A. use double electric breast pump pump with more suction eat healthy food stay hydrated

A. hello you can try taking lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and safe else give baby infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
