A. Hello, your baby boy is 11 months old and he is having a fever upto 101 degrees then you should give him paracetamol 15 mg/kg in 24 hours divided in 3/4 doses

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body ftgoes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest mefdicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
