Hi doc My baby doesn't want to eat food and anything else. He ate food forcefully only 3 times and he did not eat any fruits.

Maybe your child is having deficiency of iron probability which is why this could be happening whatever is required the doctor has to examine according to that only they can tell you if there is any supplement required by the child that you can start with for your cake for better appetite and weight gain
