Hi doc mera baby 2 yrs 3 month ka h sari activities sab normal h kafi active b hai lekin abhi tk kuch clearly bolta nhi h. jab usko name se bulao toh sunta nhi ya kuch krne ko bolo wo samjhta nhi h bas khelne n mood m hi rhta h koi b word clear nhi bolta h bas apne man m jo aaye wahi bolta h usko kuch bulwane ki kosis krti hun toh words repeat nhi krta h. cheezo ko samjh leta h lekin bolo kuch toh nhi samjhta. overall he is a super active baby but im only worried about his speech delay n he dont recoganise somtimes...what should i do ? is it a matter of concern
