Hi doc, I'm diabetic and I'm feeding my baby . Can I have drumstick leaf juice?

A. yes, you can have drumstick leave juice, it's very healthy. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.

A. Ya All these things are very healthy so if you want to have a juice out of it or you want to have them in general also it is not going to make a difference to your child it’s very important that whatever you are eating or drinking on regular basis should just be healthy that’s about it it should be good for your health and your babies health also
