hi doc, I had c-section delivery in the month of Jan'22 and i have upper back pain please any remedy can u suggest .Also how to reduce hair fall

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil
Use Natural butters like shea butter cocoa butter and mango butter
Use oils like coconut oil jojoba oil sunflower oil and even argan oil water or even aloe vera juice for moisture retention
Use proteins such as silk or wheat protein for damage repair Avoid alcohol based products as these will dry out your hairs
