ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you got to cut on portion sizes ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
