hi delivery ke 5 mth baad period aya uska baad period nxt mth nhin aya 7 mth hoga delivery ko baby bhi hai

A. mostly periods may remain irregular after delivery no treatment is to be done till one year after delivery but you should follow a Healthy lifestyle so as to get normal periods doing daily walking meditation and timely intake of food is very beneficial
