Q.
Hi decor my baby is 1.4 months old, she is falling out of bed and got the bump oh his head. She is active like before and everything is normal in her behaviour too what to do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol.
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoidegud as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Alrso teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
