Q.

hi dears. one doubt for myself - i am having cold and dry cough, no taste and smell of anything. but no fever. should i do covid test ? i have not came with anyone's contact.

A. You can wait and talk to your nearby doctor who is taking care of COVID patients and start taking steam twice a day and saline water gargles and drink plenty of liquids especially warm liquids and Ayush kadha made of dry ginger powder cinnamon tulsi leaves turmeric black raisins and honey and keep smelling ajwain a couple of times in a day and maintain isolation

A. hi well it is better to get tested. stay away from your child and family members. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day drink Luke warm water with pinch of salt , Turmeric powder and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours maintain good hygiene
