HI, currently, I am into 7 the month. suddenly I got thigh cramps on my left leg. I couldnt walk even one feet. getting severe pain may I know the remedy and cause of the pain pls. Thanks

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. muscle cramps are very common during this stage so it is very important to take all the supplements given by the doctor and you can also go for or hot water bag application which will help in decreasing the pain but if it continues to to increase kindly meet your doctor

I suggest you please consult with your physician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper dignosise and treatment
please avoid RO water
please take daily sun light exposure
