my daughter is getting cramp in her left leg suddenly and that too mostly evening time. she can't walk properly that time later she is fine. what can be the issue

A. it is common in this age named as growing pains for this give balanced diet and vitamin d supplements to your child ,also physical stretching exercise helps, can also massesage feet before sleeping....
