hi currently i am in my 38 weeks of pregnancy and on 4th Nov I faced pelvic pain for three hours which was coming and going and later it got normal. today since 12:00 am I am facing extreme pressure and pain in my pelvic area and the pain is spreading in my back too and still it's going on. is it labor pain?
