Namaste Mom, Try to massage you breast and the nipples as well, slightly pulling them out , dont apply too much pressure, try to either also opt for nipple shield or express your milk & feed the baby . When exclusively breast feeding the baby it is always preferable to feed on demand , as the quality and quantity varies . have a filling diet so that good quality milk is produced and that helps in weight gain
