RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Yes of course you can have it there is no problem it is going to help in controlling extra cravings but other than that also you should eat very mindfully don’t do diet eat healthy and consume plenty of proteins and fibres and fluids in your diet
