Hi, Both the breast were light weighted and I was feeding baby on right side suddenly a strong pulling sensation started in left breast and top side of breast hardened n strted to pain I expressed my milk but still that hard part dint do I tried massaging n. hand express but it's painful n cudnt express much and shivering strted folowed by fever. took paracetamol n fever kinda reduced but the left breast is paining when touched slightly. kindly help what will help me to reduce pain n to soft that hard part of the breast.??
