hi asktheexpert my baby has got severe nappy rash aftr consulting pediatrician he recommended rashfree ointment and candid dusting powder and also I'm keeping her diaper free still her nappy rash dod not got subsided..... can u suggest me a good ointment...

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. hi stop using powder. Stop diaper usage. keep area open and dry. Apply coconut oil every 3 hours. zinc containing drops can be used to help in better healing. consult dermatologist once

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply Auntie septic cream into the diaper Aishwarya applied every one or two hours for faster healing other than that if it is not available to you you can use Vaseline or Desi ghee also it also helps a lot in healing the diaper rashes
