Q.

Hi, As my baby is not taking direct breastfeeding I'm always expressing and giving BM in bottle. Because of that my milk is getting reduced and I'm having Lactare tablet 2 nos daily. But still my milk production is not sufficient for my baby. Should I increase the quantity of tablet or should I use some other medicines?

A. hello mom sometimes naturally the milk production is low and inspite of medication also you can take care of your diet as well and ceratin foods would help to enhance the milk production, such as garlic , oats , dry fruits , panjiri, milk , jeera or ajwain or saunf water , drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves , flax seeds as well
