hi am now 32 my last period is Feb 14th March 14th today still didn't come my period but I have heavy lower back pain cramps is this pregnancy or period cramps ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. sometimes periods get delayed. wait for 4 to 5 days. then go for a pregnancy test with prega news kit. abdomen pain may be due to menstrual cramps only. have Patience and stay calm. God bless and take care

Sometimes periods can get delayed by a week to 10 days if you don’t get in in another 10 days then you can take a pregnancy test just by having cramps and back pain we cannot predict it’s a pregnancy so that you’ll have to take a proper pregnancy test only
