Well it could be due to dryness also but since without a proper physical assessment of the child it’s very difficult to say what could be the problem so I would advise you currently that if you want you can go ahead with applying Sebamed cream as this is going to help in eliminating the diners from the skin apply it regularly at least 3 to 4 times in the day yet if you do not feel it is providing you help then in that case I would recommend you to check with your doctor because it seems like it’s mostly due to dryness so you can use a product that I am suggesting
