hi all, my son is having 100.8°f fever sterday night I gave him paracetamol drops 3 times but still his body reminds heat wht to do kindly tell me home remedy?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he is having a fever 100.4 degrees then give him syrup ibugesic plus 2.5 ml three times a day and cold water sponges
