hi all,my son had vaccine today,and crying with pain ,is there any tips for it

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he has received a vaccinations and he is crying constantly so give him 10 drops of paracetamol three times a day and apply ice cube at injection site for three days

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that small babies will be having lot of pain after taking DPT vaccine you can put ice cube on the injection site frequently and give paracetamol drops for relief of fever and pain

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum Paint fever and swelling is very normal after the vaccination and it will take at least two days to get recover from this if the child is very uncomfortable then you can ask a doctor for some painkiller even if there is swelling you can apply coconut oil or warm ghee on it you can even ask a doctor about the ointment like thrombophob
