avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.

personally ,I would not recommend it.
because such commerically prepared food items contains only sugar and additives in it
so it is not that much good for Health.
better to avoid giving it
instead of it ,I always suggest to prepare homemade dry fruits powder and give milk with it
it is more safe and hygienic
