hi all mommies and my dear doctors, now am 38 weeks 2 days pregnant women, today I went to check up my doctor did internal test and she told the cervix started dilating, and dilated 1-2 cms. my doubt is how much time taken to diate the cervix completely, and when will my labour will be ?? pls tell waiting for your answers thank u

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. If the cervical dilatation is two centimeters, then you may get delivered within one week
If all your health condition is good and favorable for normal delivery, you can start doing squats but with someone's help properly

The labour even after dilating of cervix can easily take 40 to 48 hours and sometimes even more than that so whenever you feel that you are having a brown discharge a regular cramp in the stomach or legs then there can be a sign that you are in labour proper labour has started that are you shit again check with your doctor
