Hi all,I had completed 1 month of csection can i eat chanadal and besan items and may I start exercise

A. dear mom yes you can have chana dal and besan sometimes also dont start with heavy exercise ask your doctor if you can start with simple walks for 15 mins initially

A. hello mum for exercising you may need some more time and about dal and chana dal and brother powder you please avoid for some more time because it could result in gastric issues where in your stomach bloating can happen and that will discomfort you once you feel free without any gastric issues then start taking any food you want
