hi all I am 32 yrs old taking thyroid tablet from 8 yrs 50 & 12.5 every morning I m so anxious and fear of taking the, like will go to windpipe instead of gng it in food, pls help me to over come this.

A. Namaste Mom, If you are ideally sitting and standing straight and having the medicine , it would definelty enter your food pipe only, relax , take a deep breath and then all will be fine,\

A. I think you need to talk to your doctor about it you are just unnecessarily getting stressed when you’ve been taking this medicine for such a long time nothing has gone wrong and why anything will go wrong now but it’s okay it’s a normal thing which can which kind of pressure Women can take a person mentally so I think it would be good for you talk to a psychiatrist please
