Q.

Hi All, I am 32 weeks pregnant now. could I take protein powder by morning and night time, 2 teaspoon of powder in a glass of milk.. Also, I feel heavy after taking it.

A. if you are feeling heavy after taking it then reduce the protein content or just drink a cup of milk along with the protein powder fullstop yes you can take it twice a day if you are ok with it
