Q.

Hi all for my baby I have prepared moong dal ka pani.but before making I fried the dal .so is it fine or should I boil it without frying.

A. it's fine starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest. you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac. also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.   banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits. potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.

A. There Oh no need to fry it you just can you just normally boil it how you make it for yourself at home.. You just have to boil it with a little bit of salt and turmeric and you can put a tadka with ghee and cumin and you can give it to your child regularly we should definitely be added to the food for healthy digestion as well
