hi after normal delivery i have continues bleeding in 32 days and my periods starting in 46 days from delivery. iam only give breast milk to my baby. why started my periods too early? is it coming every months regularly? is this good or bad for me.?

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after one year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for skin warmth.
