hi after my pregnancy to till now i hv only 3 or 4 times periods and I m breastfeeding my daughter..bcoz of this I gain alot of weight.. plz tell me how to maintain my periods

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods after delivery is very normal and please have more green leaves vegetables in your daily diet and lso follow a regular exercise and yoga routine. take care
