#AskTheExpert hello doctor this is my second month of pregnancy i want to know which medicine should I take this time bcoz I m not taking any kind of medicine rightnow..

tab zincovit ..both once a day.
I'm case of vomit.
have tab doxinate thrice a day.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

you have to consult your gynecologist for this as he or she can prescribe needed medicines after examining your health.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
