Q.

hi, after c sec my periods r regular but heavy bleeding n sometimes starts with spotting . any suggestions pls

A. Definitely there will be a change in hormone levels and also your cycle patterns so give some time at least 6 to 12 months after your period begin to become regular. If you’re changing more than one pad per hour then consult your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. This is normal, If you bottle feed or partially breastfeed your baby, your periods may return as soon as 3 weeks after having your baby. Once they do return, your periods may be irregular, especially if you are still producing milk (lactating). The duration of your period can also change.
