AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have lactonic granules with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
