Hi 1year 3 months baby was suffering by fever from yesterday , we took her to Paediatrician they gave paracetamol125 syrup and ask us to give 3 times but still she is having fever what should we do now?

sir ,fever is not a disease.
it is reaction of body to Infection.
so it indicates that your child is probably sick.
please inform your treating doctor for this 
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
dress your child lightly.

Fever is the reaction of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is considered as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses ,but if it continues further you should consult your doctor for proper treatment. if the temperature is not controlled by paracetamol alone meftal p can be given in between as a single dose but only under medical guidance.these medicines will also wiyork to relieve any pain or body ache to a good extent. but in case of infection in which the fever is associated withf other problems also it is recommended to get the clinical assessment done and get a proper treatment done by a doctor.
