Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
you should avoid more of going out of the house and also start multivitamin supplement if needed
smithzMom of 4 children1 Year agoA. it's always better to get complete check up with doctor to get proper examination and get treated coz your a breastfeeding mother and I would suggest avoid breastfeeding for some days till you get completely fine and I would suggest you to use a good formula milk with doctor suggestion and I would suggest you with my opinion you can try Dexolac formula milk which is 100% safe most of the pediatrician recommends too..it contains FOS which helps to grow good bacteria and prevent basic infections like fever and all.. and it helps to build a strong immune system and keep the gut healthy.. over all its the best choice for a baby development
