hey parents need to ask somethg abt the purchase I have done from firstcry outlet... the product I bought is the safety helmet of baby hug n it cost me 1100 n in firstcry site it's 800.. y so much difference??? n when I try to. return they were not ready to refund... but in site v have all facility of return..... upset with the outlet policy. does anyone faced issue like this
