A. bcg vaccination which is given at birth in the upper arm will form a swelling by one or maximum two months and then it will burst open and then pus will come out from it and after that it will become a scar mark.d you have to take medical consultation if it days causing pain fever and discomfort to the child. also if the pus discharge is increasing or aggravating again you have to dmeet the doctor and locally you can apply t bact cream.

A. hello this can be due to the BCG vaccination and it will later leave a scar and it is normal and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you otherwise absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
