it happens commonly when the energy spent on activities is more than energy gained through food.add ghee and jaggery to food,avoid food like oats,also give dairy products eggs and meat in diet.dry fruits should be added to milk or sweets prepared.fix meal times.avoid giving juice or chocolate before meal time.also visit your pediatrician once to get a dewroming medicine and medicine to improve hemoglobin if required

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
